       @Djeep these offers are for anyone, not white people. Actually Japan is extremely xenophobic and does not want non-Japanese. The government has bankrupted the country for eternity. They are stuck in a debt/inflation/liquidity trap. There is no solution beyond slow death or bankruptcy and a new currency. They have chosen slow death. You don't want to be a Japanese tax slave. Property tax is so high, the out of town children don't claim the houses from dead parents.
