       @fwc @hn50 yeah i read the xeet, maybe im a little bit apathetic but like, wouldn't this be ok if at least they preserved the things as pdfs? digitizing a book and keeping copies basically immortalizes it. I don't get why they don't do this already.

       @mischievoustomato @hn50 Yeah, but they aren't available for public distribution due to copyright. Also, digital copies can be edited. Amazon is known for literally editing out things in their Kindle copies of books...
