       does rtkit have any debug tooling / ability to list rt threads? rtkitctl only seems to have reset/start/exit commands

       using `journalctl -f -u rtkit-daemon` i can see that firefox asks for RT priorities but nothing shows up there when restarting pipewire/wireplumber/pipewire-pulse user serivces. `ulimit -r` yields 0.
