       If you shit on a coworker for doing a mistake, hope to god your side of the integration process is fucking flawless. I never get angry when someone makes an honest mistake because shit happens and that's not productive. But I am not a saint, and you will start to see my demeanor change very quickly if you take every little mistake I make as a crisis after I already worked with you to fix yours with no complaints.

       Glass houses aside, folks, shitting on coworkers for errors they make is self sabotage. That doesn't mean you should let negligence slide, but being actively hostile towards people for small mistakes on complicated work just sours your relationships for no gain.And if you are going to be pedantic, don't act shocked and complain when people are pedantic back (I won't be, not worth it, but I will bring it up with our managers)
