       Long shot, but does anyone know how to remove a drawer where an idiot has installed the rails backwards?I can't get my kitchen drawers out because the idiot who installed this kitchen mounted the rails backwards. Meaning the larger rail is mounted to the drawer instead of the inside, and the smaller rail is mounted inside. And the latch to release the drawer is therefore unavailable.Search engines only give me AI slop results

       @simon_m No, I can't reach it by going under the drawer.And no, I haven't been able to get any of them out, so I dunno the details of what the rails look like.I've tried the obvious stuff like jamming a flathead screwdriver in-between

       That's ... crazy. Are all of them  like that or did they just fuck up that one drawer? If you get under it, can you get a small pick up into where the latch is?

       @djsumdog Yes, it's ridiculous. And yes all of my kitchen drawers are like this, or rather, both of them since I only have two.I haven't been able to reach with my finger or a screw driver, but I haven't tried with any kind of pick

       @DerEnderKeks oh this one has a cutlery tray inside it, not the other. the inside just looks like typical MDF with some fake wood finish on it. same with this one without the tray.maybe the rails came pre-attached on the drawer from the factory or something

       @DerEnderKeks I dunno. It's past midnight now so I'll take a closer look tomorrow. There does seem to be some faux wood sticker on the inside so I'd reckon its under there (probably to hide the screw for looks or something)
