guy who was maintaining the ungoolged-chromium repo for void archived it without warning or explanation and i didn't realize, so my version's months out of datefuckkkkkkkk i don't want to have to switch browsers again but i also don't want to have to compile my own browser every update fuuucuccckkkkkc

@mirq :pekochad: Real time is 30m, because I build with PGO, which doubles time (2 compilations, 1st to gather data, 2nd uses that data)

@mischievoustomato how much extra drive space does it require, though?also, im lazy :(and maybe most importantly: while i'm confident my desktop would be able to compile without too much issue, my 10 year old thinkpad would not

@mirq You can compile it on your desktop and then distribute the build file? I suppose void has smth for that. Space... well, I only need the files when building, but I guess I'll figure out a cleanup method in the future.

@mirq source c0de isnt that big usually, but it does take space when its decompressed to build. The Gentoo guys could save more storage with zstd, though
