       @Burrson So the longer they take to deal with the foul, the longer the game lasts?They were already out of their +4 and I think they +5'd at one point. Handing minutes out like candy.

       @Paradox If its a draw at full time, there's 30 minutes of extra time in two halves of 15. If someone scores in extra time, they don't call it there, they wait for the 30 minutes to be over to give the other team a chance to score too and let things play out. (This kind of extra time is different from the injury/stoppage time Burrson explained.) If it's still a draw at the end of extra time it goes to a penalty shoot out, where each team gets 5 shots on goal and whoever got the most goals wins. If THAT'S a draw it just continues in rounds of 5 shots each until someone wins!

       @Burrson Doesn't really sound "same length". Like, theoretically if debate went on for an hour, they could play a whole-ass second game, the way it sounds to me.

       @druid @Paradox last sentence is a mistake, after the first 5 penalty shots there's some kind of sudden death, sets of 1 chance per team until one scores and the other fails

       @druid @Paradox I think it has been like this all the time. I know they changed the rule of overtime, it used to be first who scores wins in the 90s
