       @myrialux @masukomi I pretty much gave up on Apple as a platform when I decided I wanted to bring my data back in house, something they are not keen on making easy anymore.  The fact that they won't give third-party clouds access to the sync APIs that iCloud has was just kind of the final straw for me.

       @ariadne @myrialux yeah, the thing that’s kept me around is the amazing quality of 3rd party apps on Mac. And now their hardware kicks everyone’s ass, but their cozying yup to fascist demands (especially seeing a gay man doing it) pushed me over the edge. I never want to buy another Apple product BUT i also can’t figure out what I’d buy instead for phone or laptop.
