       @greyknight I wonder if the lag was RAM exhaustion, based on it correlating to getting more ants.That is a cool concept for a game; maybe they will release QoL updates in the future.

       @greyknight I thought the RX 580 topped out at 8GB GDDR? If so, that's a 9 year old card and very likely to be the limiting factor of the build. The i7 should be still fairly competitive, and 64 GB of ram is enough for Windows telemetry, two chrome tabs, and almost any modern game.

       @greyknight The 9900 series should be compatible and a cheap upgrade. For cheap GPU Arc B580 is good, otherwise right now AMD 9070(non or XT) or Nvidia 5070 ti seem to be best value. I will say for CP2077, it's resource intensive and really liked the 5800x3D for frame time pacing.

       @greyknight Thanks to AI, tech upgrades are prohibitively expensive. Hopefully, AI becomes incremental and levels out letting everyone breathe.
