       @eff we would never use them. From the very beginning my family and I simply avoided all that, long BEFORE the problem of "ai" ingestion and surveillance was known, simply because obsessing over personal health monitoring devices is literally unhealthy, demonstrably so. AND THEN, these are also used for fascistic surveillance, "ai" trash, etc. Full stop. If your dr wants you to monitor your health, have that doctor order devices. Dont use publicly available trash tech that stresses you out.
