       I'm sorry. Yesterday I reshared Morevna's derivation animation without considering (because unaware) their support to Russian state propaganda during the Ukraine war (src: see https://awawa.club/notice/B8KQeteAjwfTJAYUEq or comments under my boost).I let flattery, and my familiarity to this team blinds me, and boosted without studying it. That was a mistake. To clarify: I don't support that AT ALL.Thank you to those who pointed this out. I apologize for not thinking critically and will do better next time.

       Note: I edited "(because ignoring)" to "(because unaware)" ; just a English skill issue of mine, 'Ignorer" in French means unware (or disregarding depending the context) but in English it's only a solid choose to disregard. A false friend, and a common mistake for a French. (and thanks to the quick PM I immediately received about it. 😉)

       @davidrevoy It’s impossible to keep track of what everyone is doing these days (and we do not want mass surveillance) and I don’t see that as a goal either.I think we as a crowd, community, group, etc work better than individuals. The important part is that we should let others know kindly and not see villainy everywhere.I’d say the “system” worked here. You didn’t know, was made aware, and posted about it. This is what builds trust. Testing each other down won’t help.

       @mgedmin Hard to know: "Ignorer" in French means "to be unaware of" or "not to know about," while English, now that I checked a dictionary "ignoring" implies actively choosing not to pay attention. This is really difficult for a French to use it well in English and can lead to big problem ^  ^ (imagine in front of a policeman: "I ignored it was a rule!" to mean "I did not to know it was a rule" 😆 .... A direct ticket to jail, haha)

       @davidrevoy @mgedmin to be fair, « ignorer » can also mean « actively choosing not to pay attention ». Like in « Jean ignore les aboiements rĂ©pĂ©tĂ©s de son chien ». If Jean is in the same room as the dog and isn’t deaf, it’s likely he’s actively ignoring it 🙂

       @davidrevoy For some reason I love comments like this. Language is just fascinating.I think @mgedmin could be right, "ignorant" does seem like a good translation. Interestingly, this in turn is a false friend for Germans. "ignorant" in German also means "not knowing something", but it has a much more negative connotation (like: "stupid idiot should know better, but just doesn't care to know what's right").

       @davidrevoy Sorry about our weird language. In your defence, you could say "I was ignorant of the situation" and it would mean that you didn't know, not that you were "ignoring" it, which would mean that you were actively choosing to not pay attention to it.
