       It's getting really hard to get excited about new open source projects.First there's the endless flood of announcements. Then comes the real disappointment when you open the repo.The announcement is polished.The demo is slick.The codebase looks like three LLMs got into a knife fight.

       @fribbledom Don't forget the installation instructions consist of "download docker image" and the documentation is a wiki with a few pages all reading "TBD".

       @fribbledom it is now among the first things I check. * Who contributed (are there obvious signs of Claude or similar)* Is there any kind of `AGENTS.md` (or similar)* What does `CONTRIBUTING.md` contain (if it exists) regarding LLM use.
