What difference does it make if they're still getting the same amount of sleep? If anything, it'll make it easier to keep sleeping the same amount for those two days that used to get shorter or longer for adjusting the time. @Dan_Ramos I don't understand why people think everyone needs to work 9-5. If you don't like the time change, adjust your schedule to 10-6.

@cryochasm That's been my work schedule for a few years now. It's significantly better.I still miss and preferred working second shift, though.
