       @sickburnbro They let you use paper bags? Do they charge you per bag where you are?Paper bags became really rare for a while. First they let you pick paper or plastic then they started charging for paper bags, them they removed them, then they charged for plastic bags.

       @ShovelTrouble depends where you are, also in some places where I'm pretty sure "you have to charge for bags and no plastic" is the rule, it seems like small places still give customers plastic bags?  I have no idea.
