       If both X and Meta are pushing child abuse ads and images and everyone's phones are soon to be scanned for such things, doesn't that create a scenario where anyone can be arrested for being a user of them apps. You don't really get to pick the ads, that is algorithmic and in the hands of the platforms.

       These platforms are offloading all responsibility and let go their safety teams that would have prevented this. The EU should have stepped in and regulated them harder but nope, responsibility shifted toward mass surveillance of everyone as a solution. Utter insanity.
