       @eris its been a very long time since I used linux seriously. I have no idea what to do now. i can't use a liveusb because who will flash it for me?

       I think you could try doing some magic in grub to recover the partitions.  If it was me I'd just give up and let the computer be a brick until I can get a LiveUSB.  Maybe you can flash it at a library or some of those internet cafes?  Maybe there's a small repair shop that can sell a LiveUSB for you
