       @nachtpfoetchen some of the cities do, for tourists, but usually it's just a bunch of small operators all over the city, with human-operated storage (basically imagine leaving your bags at Späti or Lotto, not in some lockers but just behind the counter).Cheap round the clock official automatic lockers directly on the train stations, for all more or less significant train stations, is only a thing that exists in DACH and maybe a couple of countries besides.
