       Every federal prosecutor who's involved in cases like this -- blatant abuse of the legal system to punish people who've done nothing wrong except annoy the regime -- should end up disbarred.        @dangillmor it's just outrageous that Mr hearn has to answer these stupid charges.  Touching the pool isn't illegal, and it's already ruined.  How could he possibly have made it ANY worse?

       @dangillmorAh, but you don't understand the status of prosecutors in the USA. Absolute immunity from criminal and civil prosecution on the job. And disbarring is in theory possible, the bar associations generally consider themselves not responsible for them.Let me put it like this in the past half century in the hundreds cars of prosecution misconduct that put innocent Americans onto death row, there is exactly one documented sanction: 10 days of jail.Prosecutors in the USA are

       literally above the law.I agree they should be disbarred and prosecuted. It won't happen. It's the USA, and the legal system is literally designed so prosecutors can act as hitmen. Just that the Trump regime uses it blatantly, and for their own purposes.An interesting question is how much Trump will force a re-evaluate of the USA and it's systems by their own citizens. @dangillmor
