       @mntmn i remember BPM in ehe 90s, but it was always about music... so a bit disapointed not getting a song  recommendation... but the people today have another taste: buisness fun...Have a good night and hopefully fast solutions, so you can get to the better bpm

       @mntmn If you want to go all in then [Archimate](https://www.opengroup.org/archimate-forum/archimate-overview) is used a lot.  OOS tool: [Archi](https://www.archimatetool.com/).But I would definitely start with idraw.io or similar. A few swimlane diagrams to test the water. Create a quick prototype. You will change that a lot later anyway.A deeper investment in Business Process Modeling brings the best value if the business model gets regularly updated once you finally have it.But regular updates come with cost (effort, contribution of people who could do other things). There has to be a good reason to keep the diagrams up to date. Like regular improvement projects.
