       @whitequark The part i like is how english is completely gender free. Makes it really easy to use.

       @theartlav @whitequark In contrast, starting with English then trying to learn a gendered language which inanimate objects are boys or girls seems insane and frustrating.

       My theory on gendered language is that different articles formed to flow with the sounds of words. Song (whistling) probably predates language, and a rhyming mechanism (primitive poetry) probably came before pros.
