I think my dad overheard the barrel of my gun scraping on my teeth over the phone, because he suddenly offered to pay my rent regularly if I just stfu and get any job to support myself. His house and car are paid off, and my mom is dead. He said he needs something to spend money on. I feel blessed and cursed but this opens up a world of possibilities to me now!

Ffs I don't have any money to move. I just moved back here because the wages in Georgia are horrific. I was an operation manager making only $15 an hour and my rent was $1200. I went to military for college money went to college for computers got replaced by indians in 2009. So I don't have any transferable marketable skills. Do you need a website built with JavaScript or cartoon made with Flash animation? Because I'm your fucking guy. I don't know anything about plumbing, or electrical, or mechanical. Fuck everything about this country.

I bought my 1st two homes through USDA Rural Development. $1 down and all closing costs rolled in. All you need is decent credit. 1st one, I didn't have a job. Presented a business plan to do daycare, which I never did.

It's not a land thing, it's a population of the area. My 1st house was on 1/2 an acre. The USDA also didn't have any money for loans at the time so, I had to find a seller who's loan I could assume. I'm just saying this shit can be done. Not trying to sound all boomer bootstrappy on you.

No there's just too many puzzle pieces flying around. I need solid income with extra to save for everything. I need a partner to help run my household. I need to get away from this state because the taxes are completely out of control. I also need to finish unpacking from moving to this awesome small mountain town of only White people last year and buy furniture to decorate my home. My life has been frozen since my second divorce and release from prison in 2014, and all I do is work 60-70 hours a week to break even financially; and nothing has improved financially but twelve fucking years of my life are gone. I still have boxes and black garbage bags full of stuff to unpack from 2014 where I've moved 9 TIMES in 12 years.

I've done that probably 10-11 times in my life. I recently did that from WA to GA in 2021 and from GA back to WA in 2024. All I do is move from chicago to New York to Las Vegas to Louisville to atlanta to Seattle to Atlanta to chicago to Louisville to Seattle and live in my car until I can afford an apartment etc.

Unfortunately I began bouncing when I was 38, and now I have knee, hip, and back problems from all of the violence I endured as an armed security guard in downtown Seattle for several years.I am going to be taking this opportunity to go to a doctor for the first time in my life to see if there's anything to fix these medical problems before I turn 50 soon.

My mom died last year at 70, and all she left me was a life insurance policy from 1982 for $10,000. My dad took half of it to cover the funeral costs.
