       @fiore @rose @bongwater gpt2 would have done a better job 100%, but this has little to do with any deficiency of joanne and everything to do with gpt2 (with right tuning etc.) being something which is capable of generating genuinely novel and interesting textual output by the very fact of it being so primitive.  newer models are smoothed over and don't produce anywhere near as interesting output, human collated or not.

       @fiore @rose @bongwater idk what bongwater is in this context but drugs definitely lead to the same kind of thing that makes gpt2 interesting in this context, i.e. it has some idea of how to connect given things together but nowhere near enough to make it truly coherent and self-consistent
