       @ariadne I'm surprised James Stobie- hobo vlogger who sadly died in 2017- didn't get into that much trouble. He had a master key to BNSF trains and would make vids of him riding in the DPUs lmao.

       @ariadne There's a beloved book in Sweden from the 1950s about an orphan that runs away with a hobo (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rasmus_and_the_Vagabond). It was part of our school reading in the 1970s.And yes, that would go over like a lead balloon these days.
