       All JewTube videos about recent PlayStation games are getting ratio'd to hell due to Soyny killing physical media. Hopefully this genuinely ends up fucking over the hype cycle for major upcoming PlayStation releases - hell, even GTA VI is catching some flack for supposedly being at least partially to blame for Sony's recent decision, though obviously the NPC consoomers will bail out Rockstar.

       @lastdinosaur I dunno, when Microsoft first said they would kill physical Xbox games 13 years ago it caused permanent damage to their brand, and Sony's announcement has also faced an overwhelmingly negative response well into Normie space. Unlike Microsoft, I don't see Sony backtracking on this decision, but if it seriously ends up hurting them that's certainly something their competitors will take notice of.
