       This is why I hate gambling. I can't even get lucky enough to win the OPTION of buying something yet MONGRELS LIKE THESE get it just to make a few bucks with it on ebay. It's not even scalping. He will only have this one unit.

       @shironeko no you can immediately install windows or some other distro and not use steam at all. It's a PC not a console

       @shironeko it can't be scalped. Only one unit per user and address. And the account needs to be from April and have at least 1 purchased game. Also the reservation queue is randomized and was time limited. They just did all that and got lucky, just to make 200 euros
