       I really do wish people adopted this place some more! It would be fun to see fresh blood use the features the fediverse offers in interesting ways. Not to mention this is one of the last places on the internet where you don't have to give your government ID to do like an age check, you can be a ghost on here if you really wanted to.

       @kirby it's true. Everyone will try another app for a few days, realise that their muscle memory has to change and their algorithm/accounts they like aren't available and shrug and switch back with an "oh well I tried"

       @kirby switching to anything ever for the first time frankly. Everyone sticks with the thing they know by heart. If a single thing is different or out of place intuition vanishes from their body. People don't even read errors that pop up anymore. They just click ok or x and do something else lmao.
