       @Network no, just france and britian have weird regulations. It's not a problem in Germany if you have the money and will to install it for a total of maybe 4 weeks of use

       @Network yes high labour costs and you can only do it if you own the house. Renters are generally prohibited from drilling big holes into walls. Most germans just get portable ones for the window but they are very inefficient and electricity is very very expensive here
