       What's strange about the courts jurisprudence is that when they interpret the 13th Amendment, they interpret "slavery" to mean only "africanized slavery", which adds in terms not present in the Amendment, but when interpretng the 14th am citizenship clause, the position is now that terms not present can't be added, and it means more than just legalizing former slaves.
