Nopenopenopenopenope.For the same reason that calling people arbitrarily "niggas" doesn't show support against racism, or "faggot" for destigmatizing (male) homosexuality and anal sex.It's the affected communities' choice whether to reclaim those terms; but it ain't a good praxis for people outside them to pick them up.[Plus, for the most part, sex workers haven't been particularly interested on reclaiming that one; unlike the "strong" version. Although this might be somewhat country-specific or just me not having looked at the right place.]
