Increasingly clear that Reddit -- a site that can be useful but is also riddled with BS -- is one of the major sources, by its own choice, for the "AI" sites. Moreover, as people have learned to game the system by deliberately adding BS to Reddit, everything is getting worse. Not good.

@dangillmor I don't know. I like it. There are already subreddits only for this. r/poiseAI for example. They stole all of human knowledge and that's the protest against it. That's good. People should be mad. Fuck the technofascists from Silicon Valley.

@dangillmor I saw a PowerPoint slide from a marketing company that showed a significant amount of answers from AI comes from Reddit. The were going to be targeting Reddit with ads because they would be scraped by AI bots and served to AI customers as answers. I am sure marketing companies everywhere are doing the same thing.
