We want the potato to be completely invisible.If you took away the cheese, the butter, the salt, and the frying oil, the potato industry would collapse by Tuesday.The potato isn't a food. I eat steak every morning. I use garlic salt. But that enhances flavor. Chicken may be more comparable to a potato.

Like in brand? Dosage is 500mg per meal. So you'll want to find something that is that or below, not 1000mg caps. You will get runners high the first few times. It dissipates though.

I've never been fat and have always kept in shape, but I lost about 10lbs without changing anything. Just taking berberine. It was the layer of baby fat I could never lose. My abs started showing. Like hard cuts. The loss was pretty rapid. Only a few weeks.

SARM: Selective Androgen Receptor Modulator. They're non-hormonal chemicals that bind androgen receptors inducing androgenic and/or anabolic effects. I believe they are being investigated for use during cancer therapy, where hormones can be problematic, e.g. prostate cancer. Gonadotropin is an endocrine hormone produced in the pituitary that induces the production of testosterone in the testicles. Testosterone in turn reduces the production of Gonadotropin. It's one of many endocrine feedback cycles.

Yes, and chemicals like rad-140 bind receptors in the prostate, thereby blocking dht from binding. At the same time, unlike chemicals that just block or reduces testosterone, many sarms have hormone like effects, so they can be protective while not effecting feelings of wellbeing.

No idea mechanism, but my stepdad has beat back prostate cancer 2-3X with Rick Simpson oil 🤷♀️ Even his urologist was shocked & couldn't explain it (nor could he recommend it, of course), but he asked my stepdad to tell a few patients.The T-reducing angle smart.
