       @gamingonlinux yes I'm in :)but unless I misread, your email say you got the model you were closest to the front of the list. My email say I got the most expensive packages from my choices that made the cut (I only choose that one). It might have been nice to be able to choose betwen most expensive and closest to shipping in case valve is planning multiple batch like with controller.

       @gamingonlinux Yeah… ebay and smaller german flea market sites (Kleinanzeigen) are also filled with even more disgusting scalper stuff, right now: AC units. The Midea Porta Split is now being sold new between 2000 and 3000€ and scalpers are proudly selling them there for 1400-1800€ (all still in their original package, sometimes even the shipping boxes, and 1-2 week old receipts). The actual price was 800-900€ for these units…The moment the heat wave was public knowledge these units were gone.

       @gamingonlinux while I appreciate that everyone in the whole world would masquerade as press, there’s not some sort of press thing you can be in? I mean… a lot of people read you. You’d think valve would want that. Although maybe you’d rather chronicle the experience of the average user?
