       @catsalad This was my big stripey orange fuzzy boy, Qat. I found him at a shelter, utterly (please excuse me) catatonic. Some subhuman had abused and abandoned him, and he was broken. I took him home; I couldn't leave him there. By and by he came out from behind his wall. Never the most sociable cat (I couldn't blame him) but he'd purr for ear skritches and belly rubs. I had him for five years or so before diabetes took out his hind legs.

       @piepants @catsalad Malik🐈‍⬛ just peed on a new large powerbank, my swimming trunks, and a few other things that still lay on the (soft fabric, not hard plastic) lid of a suitcase.I think he’s bored, from the immense heatwave (before that we used to go with him into the garden almost daily, sometimes more than once). It’s not as if there weren’t two litterboxen within a few metres (and two more downstairs).

       @piepants @catsalad oh, already friends is good.Ours are both former strays. Old-female-and-really-tiny and Young-male-and-rather-large does not make for a good mix when they (mostly he) want to play with each other.
