       @GNUxeava@fedi.absturztau.be What kind of PCs? Pretty sure hardware in China is cheaper, they even have their own ram and gpus, though they are still kinda bad. As for India, is it brand new cutting edge PCs or older, office workstations?

       @enigmatico china is predominantly tablets and phones, so there is little need for computers. Everyday stuff is handled through wechat. As for india, computers are expensive products and people settle for older generations. Still, this is a big mobile market so people don't usually buy them outside of academic or work reasons.
