@eff This is So Weird. First they want to surveil my 3D printer, now they want to somehow decide what sites I can visit. None of this is remotely practical.

@eff this will never happen, at least not in my family, even if the fascists do push it through. As a tech literate parent, my partner and I are 100% responsible for our childrens' online security - not some fascist oligarchy that is stealing personal info - and we know how to actively work around all this tech and control our children's access ourselves, *one way or the other*. Much of the modern internet is shit, anyway. Fuck this mutation. GENERAL ACTION NOW!

@eff This law is a poorly considered response to a genuine problem. Unless social media firms seriously clean up their unethical practices - and accept that this means accepting a decline in their precious engagement metric and advertising revenue - governments around the world will continue with laws such as this one.
