       I just want to remind everyone again that probably no one on the Epstein files is a “pedophile” in the sense that they’re particularly attracted to children– it’s just that it’s really easy for a billionaire to traffick children and nobody would believe them anyway so they don’t even need to shush-shush em, and plus, it’s way easier to exploit someone with no rights than someone with rights.

       @twinkle also "actually it's called" etc and now that I think about it, our society puts a premium on certain marks of youth (especially for women) so that many women spend quite a lot of effort and money on getting / maintaining these marks of youth (or simulation of these), so it kinda makes sense that these billionaires would prize girls who have these natural marks, in our society. Like what else would we expect from billionaires in this society, they're not going to abuse old or fat women or men (or, they're going to, but not in this way, not on that Epstein island); of course, given the ability, they'll abuse adolescent and thin (and all the other things our society tells us are highly desirable) girls (or boys), regardless of their actual desire, because it increases their status.
