       @gamingonlinux please, for the love of words having actual meaning and being useful for communication, I beg you:Stop calling everything with random elements a "roguelike".This is not a roguelike. Balatro isn't a roguelike. Slay the Spire isn't a roguelike.In order to be a roguelike, and I can't believe I have to say this, the game must in some way RESEMBLE THE GAME ROGUE.

       @gamingonlinux I don't mind evolution of words. I mind dilution to the point of meaninglessness.If Moria and Balatro are in the same genre, then that genre label has no meaning. It just means "a game". It's no longer a useful distinction. So you can just leave it out of the description of both games and be exactly as informed as if you had included it.I don't care if words evolve. I care that they have a meaning at all.Edit to add: Keep up, eh?
