       @eff I agree and then some. The FCC doesn't have the right or authority to make laws, congress does. If the FCC continues in this direction, then the potential to reverse their decision and also removing their usurpation of lawmaking will also be stripped. I also agree with the person making note that this is just another attempt by the government to limit privacy, free speech and freedom generally.

       @eff It's already in Europe, and everyone who wants a SIM card without his name on it can easily go around it by giving a bottle of vodka to a drunk found on the street. If that's to fight crimes it's not gonna work.
