@futurebird meanwhile, a shallow pool in the center of Milano (Italy), two weeks ago.Somehow I don't think they put hydrogen peroxide in it...

When you kill everything it's the most robust and "pesty" or "weedy" plants and creatures that come back first. When this doesn't work I think they will return with more poison. Until the ducks are floating motionless and only anaerobic bacteria decompose their bodies. Then we can get that really fun bright red algae!
