       @PNS Most places require you to have a fence with a lockable gate around your pool as part of building code, for safety reasons.  Almost every insurer will require it too, to reduce liability.If you lock that gate or screen door, and she bypasses it, that's Breaking & Entering.  Much nicer to slap her with than mere trespass.
