       @thatbrickster @Erpel You're only seeing one side of the issue. Counter intelligence is also used in offensive methods instead of only defensive. And offensive methods are what brought us new age ""ideas"" to distract/create instability within populations.As for defensive counter intelligence. It's used in the worse way. They're using offensive tactics on their own people which can only make things worse.The only way to have proper defense counter intelligence is to train your population into higher ""consciousness"", NVC does that, but if you do so, you also loose your ability to influence your population, which isn't an issue when your country is based on voting, but a very big issue if you're a corrupt democracy type or anykind of tyrant.
