       I've been hiding away, I feel like I'm metamorphosing (... again)Constantly almost overwhelmed, can't explain to Wife what;s going on, she worries, dog helps tho, and she knows that.Spine so fucking sore too, can't take enough painkillers to sleep well.Spending days doing a little art here and there but mostly dissociating to some audiobook or stream of youtube videos.Been here before, climbed out then, likely will again but it'll take a bit at least, can't rush it,,,,
