       @dangillmor Though by a long way not as serious as in this report from the USA,  elements of capitalist rot are appearing in the Dutch healthcare system driven by insurance companies,  bureaucracy and privatisation.

       @dangillmor Fee-for-service medicine is the root of this evil, as it has ever been.  It's what turns a patient base, a collection of human beings, into an exploitable resource as easily extracted as from a workforce - and by god it WILL be exploited, or there's no such thing as capitalism.Where there is money, there is corruption.  There are no exceptions.
