       @aliceamour BeerIndia Pale Ale.Days of Empire, the breweries in Britain would make a strong(ish) tasty beer, and seal it into casks - barrels - with an extra handful of hops chucked in.On the long passage round a Cape and to the sub-continent, the beer matured and became quite to very hoppy.Nowadays a simpler process I think. Nice though.
