       I was trying to set up #KeepassXC on a Windows machine via remote desktop. It didn't work. Installed the required Microsoft frameworks, tried the portable version... nada. Icon showed up on the task bar but no window appeared.A search then revealed what was going on: You need to add a parameter to the KeepassXC launcher in your start menu! Otherwise a security feature is prohibiting screen capture of KeepassXC. Wow, I didn't know this capability existed! Cool feature. But very unintuitive.

       @keepassxc maybe info about that could be added to the download page, right below where it says that the VC redistributable is required. I was pulling my hair out and would have never guess that remote desktop would be a problem.Or maybe make it work the first time you launch KeepassXC and ask whether this anti-recording feature should be enabled? Or detect the presence of common remote desktop apps like Teamvier, Anydesk and whatnot?

       @compfu Detecting these apps would kind of defeat the purpose. Starting it first time on remote desktops is kind of a niche use case. It does happen, but it's not really the majority of our users. We don't have a good solution for that.
