       We don't need 3 million "best" people per year, because there aren't 3 million "best" of the world to come here, per year. All we get is trash cultures and destruction.

       the thing to keep in mind as well, is that it has been shown that diversity actually hurts teamwork, so you likely would need people with like 140+IQ to offset the loss from cultural issues even at like 130.
