       In effort to quit smoking cigars (at the insistence of my girlfriend who fucking hates smoke) I have started using nicotine pouches.I am now far more addicted to the pouches than I ever way to the cigars in the first place.

       Oof.  I smoke 2-4 cigars a week, and never got an addictive need.  Even so, going from cigars to pouches seems like bringing a cannon to comply with a gun-free zone.I know the smell can stick to clothes a bit, but were you smoking outside?  Or at least disposing of the ashes before they got stale?

       @Eleutheria2 No I was smoking right in the bedroom of a small condo with the full believe of "Fuck it, no one is ever coming in here" and was at my height smoking 300 bucks of sticks a week.  The ozone machine fortunately got rid of the smell (my walls need to be painted badly though).

       @RustyCrab I tried dipping for a while.  It always made me nauseous.  Snus I did for a long time before quitting that.  I was nicotine free for like 4 years so I guess I can quit again but honestly doing the pouches is making me lose weight because my appetite is much lower.  I still have a mud jug somewhere.

       @RustyCrab @Eleutheria2 I only ran it once.  Seems the damage usually comes from regular exposure.  I looked into it before I did the treatment.
