       I took on a megacorp and won. I got exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately I do not believe this is a one off issue. I believe the corp in question is engaging in systemic fraud through silent degradation of service. I want it fixed for everyone, not just me. If I can't fix it for everyone else, at least I can make them suffer an endurance trial of emails penned by Sonnet.1. Complain to Sonnet2. Have Sonnet generate your letters3. Send them to as many high level executive emails as you can find including investor relations4. Send them to the relevant regulatory body5. Send them to your political representatives6. Publicly post your results on the internet so other people can copy you. Encourage people to circumvent customer support lines and traditional escalation paths.
