       once I get a new lappy I'll give away my old one to some computer toucher on fedi who can repair the annoying CMOS checksum error or whatever its called. its a thinkpad x1 carbon 16:10 fully specced however it has a pointless touchscreen which might bother some peeps. theres no damage except that and a practically invisible screen nick in the corner of the screen.  also it has stickers on it. (pleroma and chi)

       @georgia I think touchscreens may just be usb devices? so a respectable computer toucher would never mind it

       @georgia well if you are and that is the case then you can plug your shit into that usb connection and that rocks. like a nfc device or a diagnostics screen or something. it's 50/50 whether laptop boards have spare internal usb connections so that's neat
