       @The_Whore_of_Blahbylon back when Washington DC was created as a neutral ground to host Congress it  mostly just an unpopulated  swamp.Today it has ~700k residents.Times change and I'm sure disenfranchising that many citizens was never part of the original plan.

       @The_Whore_of_Blahbylon What they did expect was that Congress would revile from corrupt scum like Trump, & impeach, convict and eject him.But the GOP are not living up to those expectations.It's not turning out how they hoped it would.Which leaves basic principles like "No taxation without representation" to guide progress.
